[Las Vegas, Nevada] – [October 1, 2025] – The Hispanic Football Hall of Fame (HFHOF) today announced the Watch List for the 2025 Hispanic College Football Player of the Year Award. Presented annually, the award honors the most outstanding college football player of Hispanic ancestry.
The inaugural College Football Watch List recognizes 15 standout Hispanic athletes who are making a significant impact during the 2025 season. Each player has earned a starting role and demonstrated excellence on and off the field.
“Shining a light on Hispanic athletes who are already proving themselves on some of the biggest stages in college football is exactly why we created this Watch List,” said Ron Rivera, HFHOF Founding Board Member. “Their stories bring great pride to our community.”
“These athletes are not just outstanding performers on the field, they’re role models for countless young people who see themselves in their success,” said Anthony Muñoz, HFHOF Founding Board Member. “The College Watch List is a powerful way to celebrate heritage, talent, and the bright future of Hispanic football.”
